Customer who wish to purchase any of the products listed on websites is requires register by providing necessary information and documents and obtain login id and password from the Company.

User account, password etc. issued by the company are confidential to customer and customer shall maintain the same at his/ her own risk. ZEISS do not ask any customer to provide any password and interfere with technology to record individual password. Customer are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, user account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. ZEISS reserves the right to activate and deactivate the account and password set by the User for access to the Website.

6. Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy:
Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days from the delivery of items. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material. Returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. In case of return of any item the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Any Product that is damaged in transit and is rejected by you without accepting delivery from the courier is eligible for a 100% refund of the sale price of the Product.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. If replacement is approved and sent, and customer still faces problems with the replaced product, then such issues will be taken up as a new request and needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery of replacement product. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us or we will do a reverse pick up for the same. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. ZEISS cannot be held responsible for any items sent to it for return / replacement without confirmation. Request will be terminated if the customer fails to provide the product to our shipping partner when the pickup is attempted. The request will be automatically terminated if the product is not handed over in the two pick up attempts made. The updates in the tracking page given by our courier partner will be considered to be final.
7. Pricing, Payment & Promotions:
Prices for Products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees and valid for India only. Due to price increases or decreases or other events outside of ZEISS’s reasonable control, pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Prices are all inclusive of taxes. Prices, Products and Services may change at ZEISS’s discretion. Customer requires to make 100% payment in advance while placing an order on website by selecting appropriate payment method as made available on website. ZEISS will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed between you and "Bank/s", or any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or decline transaction for any other reason/s. There may be special contests, referral programs, loyalty programs and promotional activities (“Offers”) conducted by ZEISS. Any such Offer may result in the User receiving discounts, coupons, vouchers, special offers etc. (“Rewards”). ZEISS reserves the right to accept or reject any User’s participation in such Offers at its sole discretion.

Membership of the Website is free for the registered Users. ZEISS does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the website. However, ZEISS reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time.
