ZEN Toolkit Connect This package contains the full ZEN Connect functionality for 2D- and 3D- workflows. It supports single system workflows as well as workflows between multiple systems (with or without correlative sample holders). It extends the functionality of ZEN Connect basic by the following functions: - Interactive control of stage movement from the ZEN Connect workspace* - Advanced 2D alignment functionality - Measurements in the ZEN Connect workspace - Export of merged project view as image (single and multi-channel) - Export of project views as fly-through movie - Export to SerialEM file format - Import of 3rd-party microscopy images powered by Bio-Formats - Semiautomatic calibration of sample holders for correlative microscopy -Definition of regions of interest in the correlative workspace - Easy retrieval of marked regions - Control of the displayed z-position in ZEN Connect - Alignment of images in z-dimension - View two 3D stacks (requires 3D Toolkit)** - Manual Alignment of two 3D stacks (requires 3D Toolkit)** - Import FIB stacks** (*not ZEN lite and ZEN starter; motorized stage required) (**not available in ZEN core)
